Plaque and front of cover tile. Right side of cover tile heavily chiseled. Black iris outlined in black over white eye, comparable to the eye of the Type 1 lion. Eyes outlined in black; eyebrows black. Traces of white on face. Forehead curls and ears abraded. "Etagenperücke" paneled hair painted brown. Band surrounding head abraded but framed by black paint outside it on plaque. Dark, probably black paint on top of cover.
