Left edge of plaque with ear and eye. Hole drilled through front face near left edge perhaps used to reattach a break. Sides unchiseled. Patches of well-preserved paint. Eye white with black at left corner, although area of iris is completely abraded. Eye outlined in black with white background. Traces of red and black on cheek, perhaps forming a tongue. Red raised panel with black stripe inside ear, equivalent to the tragus. Traces of red on interior of ear, with folds outlined with black over white. Red on plaque outside ear.
