Material: terracotta |
Top and sides of plaque and cover tile. Sides unchiseled. Faint traces of white paint on face. Irises, eyes, and brows outlined in black. Forehead curls abraded, but "Etagenperücke" paneled hair below painted reddish-brown. White band ending in volutes surrounds head, as a veil, with red line bisecting the band. Black background and outlines of volute. Reddish-brown patches on upper surface, perhaps a faded black paint.
